Ingredients:

1szklanka fasoli

1 kg ziemniakow w kostke pokrojone

sol,pieprz,pieprz ziolowy

przyprawa do gyrosa lub kebabu

40 dkg wedzonego boczku lub bekonu

4cebule,3 zabki czosnku

5 lyzek koncentratu pomidorowego

natka pietruszki lub koperku

Prepare instructions:

Fasolke zalewamy woda i odstawiamy na kilka godzin(ja to robie zawsze dzien wczesniej i zostawiam na noc).Nastepnie gotujemy fasolke z przyprawami.Bekon,cebulke,czosnek smazymy do miekkosci po czym dodajemy do zupy razem z ziemniakami.Dodaje przyprawe do gyrosa w zaleznosci jaki chcemy intensywny smak ale musimy pamientac zeby wczesniej nie solic za duzo,na 15 minut przed kocem dodaje 5 lyzek koncentratu posypuje pietruszka lub koperkiem.Najlepiej do fasoli dac malo soli a potem na samym koncu ewentualnie dosolic do smaku.Jesli ktos jest wegetarianinem moze zastapic boczek papryka czewona lub zolta,tez jest pyszna w takim wykonaniu.

Pyznie wyglada więc ją dziś zrobie ale niestety bez fasolki bo moja rodzinka jej nie lubi.Myśle,że fasolke zastapie sobie kawalkiem mięska:)

Dzisiaj zrobiłam twoją zupke ale jednak zdecydowalam sie na dwie wersje.Jedna z fasolą a druga z mieskiem.Z fasolą zjadłam tylko ja,bo tylko ja lubie fasolke.Ta zupka jest rewelacyjna.Dawno takiej nie jadłam.Mojej rodzince tez smakowała ale wersja z mięskiem.
