Ingredients:

1 i 1/2 szkl mąki pszennej
1 i 1/2 szkl cukru
3 łyżki kakao
1 margarynę
3 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 cukier waniliowy
4 jajka
70 dag twarogu
4 jajka
1 szkl cukru
1/2 kostki miękkiej margaryny

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO: Margarynę,cukier,kakao oraz cukier waniliowy podlać 5 łyżkami wody.Gotować w rondelku 5 minut. 1/2 szkl odlać na polewę.Po ostudzeniu dodać 4 żółtka ,mąkę i proszek do pieczenia-cały czas miksując.Z białek ubić sztywną pianę i na koniec dodać ją do ciasta.Blaszkę (29 *40) wysmarować tłuszczem i posypać bułką tartą-wlać ciasto.

MASA SEROWA: Ser zemleć i połączyć z pozostałymi składnikami-miksując na gładką masę.Wyłożyć na ciasto.Piec 60 minut w temp 170 st.C .Po upieczeniu lekko przestudzić i polać ciasto zostawioną wcześniej polewą. Można posypać wiórkami kokosowymi.

Dziekuję za przepis bardzo smaczne i w sumie proste ciasto. Zmieniłam nieco proporcje i zamista margaryny dałam masło ale ciasto udało się rewelacyjnie.
