jaja faszerowane pieczarkami i szynką

Ingredients:

10 jajek, 1 jajo surowe, 1łyzka siekanego szczypiorku ,10 dkg pieczarek, 1 lyżka kwaśnej śmietany, 5 dkg szynki, 2 dkg masla, 3 lyzki oleju,6-7 lyżek bulki tartej sól pieprz,odrobina wegety.

Prepare instructions:

jajka ugotowac, zalac zimną woda , ostudzic NIE OBIERAC ZE SKORUPEK. Ostrym nożem przepolowic wzdluż jaja w skorupkach.Wybrac ostrożnie nie uszkadzając skorupek żółka i bialka- rozgnieśc je widelcem - dodac zieleninę, przesmażone wcześniej starte na tarce pieczarki( bez dodatku tluszczu za to z minimalna odrobina wegety) posiekaną w drobniutka kosteczkę szynkę ,maslo, śmietanę i przyprawy oraz surowe żółtko dla scalenia "materialu" , dokladnie wymieszac, napelnic ostroznie puste skorupki jajek i posypac wierzch bulka tarta ,nożem wyrownac powierzchnię, .Na patelni rozgrzac tluszcz i zrumienic jajka na gorącym oleju ukladając je farszem do dolu. Podawac na cieplo lub zimno.inka21

oczywiście gapa ze mnie : jajo rozbijasz (bialko tu niepotrzebne) a zółtko dodajesz do masy stanowiącej farsz :) sorki, inka21
