Ingredients:

Na cztery porcje;

4 jajka sadzone
2 angielskie mufiny albo 4 kromki chleba tostowego
4 plasterki szynki lub podsmazonego boczku
paczka sosu holenderskiego

Prepare instructions:

Zrobic sos wedlug przepisu na paczce, mozna do sosu dodac troche taragonu
mufinki lub chleb wzucic do tostownicy
na kazdej kromce polozyc plasterek szynki i jedno jajko sadzone polac sosem i zycze udanego sniadanka.

Zamiast sosu w paczce mozna zrobic sosik z 2 lyzek jogurtu, 2 lyzki majonezu oraz 1/4 lyzki soku z cytryny lub musztardy. Wszystko to wymieszac i podgrzac w garnku.
Albo mozna isc na calego i zrobic taki sosik holenderski

mniam , ale jakiej firmy jest ten papierkowy sos? i czy na parze jego trzeba gotowac?

nie wiem jakiej firmy tam mozecie miec, Wiem ze Knorr robi takie sosy i jest banalnie prosty do zrobienia.
mozesz tez uzyc bialego sosu i dodac taragon ktory nada specificzny smak.Moja corka czesto mnie sie pyta kiedy beda jajka z sosem.

Taragon to po prostu estragon,uzmysłowiła mi to kiedyś Luckystar ( w googlach tez tak piszą)
