Jesienna biesiada - Gulasz piwny

Ingredients:

Składniki na 4 porcje:

8 dag boczku wędzonego
1 cebula
40 dag wołowiny na gulasz
3 łyżki oleju lub margaryny
sól, pieprz
1 łyżka mąki
10 dag pieczarek koserwowych
2 łyżki przecieru pomidorowego
300 ml bulionu warzywnego
200 ml ciemnego piwa
20 dag lub więcej konserwowej papryki
3 ząbki czosnku
1 łyżka oregano

Prepare instructions:

Boczek pokrój w kosteczkę. Bebulę obierz, drobno posiekaj. Na patelni rozgrzej tłuszcz i stop boczek, dodaj cebulę i smaż, aż się zeszkli.
Mięso umyj i pokrój w kostkę, wrzuć do garnka i smaż 4-5 min, dopraw solą i pieprzem.Oprósz mąką, wymieszaj.
Pieczarki pokroj w plasterki i dodaj do mięsa z przecierem pomidorowym, smaż 3 minuty.
Przelej zawartość patelni do garnka lub szybkowaru. Wlej bulion, piwo i pokrojoną w kostke papryke konserwową.

Duś do miękkości: w garnku -ok.40 min; w szybkowarze -ok20 min

Czosnek obierz, przeciśnij przez praskę lub pokrój w cienkie plasterki. Dodaj do ududzonego mięsa razem z oregano i duś jeszcze 5 minut, aż czosnek zmięknie.

Klasycznym dodatkiem do gulaszu jest chleb, ale można też podawać go z pyzami lub kluseczkami kładzionymi.

Gulasz doskonały.Musiałam tylko dłużej dusić, ale to wina mojej wołowiny. W smaku smakowity.

Pyszne! wolowina wyszla mieciutka jak nigdy wczesniej. Tylko wydaje mi sie ze lyzka oregano to blad w przpiesie.

Bardzo lubimy oregano i łyżka, płaska, a nie czubata, dobrze komponuje się ze smakiem gulaszu.
