Ingredients:

9 kromek chleba tostowego,
przecier pomidorowo ziolowy,
3 pomidory,
100 g startego zoltego sera,
100 g pieczarek,
pol straka czerwonej papryki,
oliwki,
oregano.

Prepare instructions:

Ser zolty zetrzec na tarce.Pieczarki obrac ze skorki,oplukac,zetrzec na tarce o duzych oczkach, pokroic papryke w drobna kostke .
Wszystko wymieszac z serem.Chleb tostowy posmarowac przecierem pomidorowo-ziolowym.Na kazdej kromce kladziemy po 2 plastry grubo krojonego pomidorka,posypujemy mieszanka serowa,po srodku kladziemy oliwke i posypujemy oregano.Kanapki ukladamy na blaszce wylozonej papierem do pieczenia i wkladamy do piekarnika na okolo 15 minut w 220°C.
Podajemy z ketchupem lub sosem czosnkowym.

Bez sosow tez smakuja wysmienicie.
Podawac na goraca.lub na zimno.

Mniam. Przypomiało mi się zapachniało przysmakiem z dzieciństwa. U mnie w domu wyglądało podobnie, tylko kromkę zwykłego chleba ( nie tostowego) smarowało się cieniutko masełkiem, na to kładło się kawałek jakiejś wiejskiej kiełbasy i posypywało to startym serem. Wkładało do piekarnika i zapiekało. Jadło się to z ketchupem. Pycha. Muszę znowu to zrobić.Pozdrawiam.
