Ingredients:

ok 1 kg ziemniaków ugotowanych w osolonej wodzie

2-3 laski kiełbasy lub/oraz inne wędliny

2 cebule

6-7 pieczarek

30 dag sera żółtego

mały pomidor

4 jajka

4 łyżki mleka

odrobina tłuszczu

bułka tarta

masło do wysmarowania formy

przyprawa do ziemniaków, pieprz, sól, vegeta

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki pokroić w talarki. Cebule posiekać i zeszklić na odrobinie tłuszczu następnie dodać pokrojoną w talarki kiełbasę,podsmażyć a na koniec dodać pokrojone pieczarki- smażyć jeszcze przez chwilę, przyprawić delikatnie vegetą.Naczynie żaroodporne wysmarować najlepiej masłem i opruszyć bułką tartą. Wyłożyć 1/3 ziemniaków i posypać je przyprawą do ziemniaków. Kolejną warstwą bedzie 1/3 upieczonej kiełbasy którą należy delikatnie opruszyć pieprzem. następnie posypać 1/3 sera zółótego- warstwy powtarzać a na sam koniec dać pokrojonego w plasterki pomidorka , posypać resztą sera żółtego. W osobnej miseczce rozbić 4 jajka i wymieszaćje z mlekiem, polać potrawę. Zapiekać ok 40 min w piekarniku na 180 stopni.

chciałam zapytac ile ma byc tyhc jajek bo w składnikach są dwa a w przepisie cztery... lubie takie zapiekanki i napewno wykorzystam ten przepis...pozdrawiam...
