Ingredients:

200 g makaronu penne
1 opakowanie mieszanki warzyw (mrożone)
4 łyżki śmietany 18%
4 łyżki majonezu
2 łyżeczki ostrej musztardy (np. kozacka, czarcia)
2 łyżki ketchupu
sól, pieprz- do smaku
1 łyżeczka mielonej, ostrej papryki
1 łyżeczka curry
1 łyżeczka pieprzu
1 łyżeczka majeranku
2 łyżki posiekanej natki pietruszki
2 łyżki posiekanego koperku

Prepare instructions:

Makaron gotujemy w wrzącej, osolonej wodzie. Odcedzamy i wykładamy na brytfankę, dodajemy mrożone warzywa, pieczemy w temp 180° przez ok 15 minut. Podczas pieczenia robimy sos: śmietanę mieszamy z majonezem, musztardą, ketchupem i przyprawami. Zapiekankę wyciągamy polewamy sosem, posypujemy posiekaną natka i koperkiem i dokładnie mieszamy. Ponownie wstawiamy do piekarnika na ok 8 minut. Smacznego.

*zamiast makaronu można użyć ziemniaków pociętych ze skórką na plasterki.

Pomimo, że nie ma żadnego komentarza postanowiłam spróbować. Dokonałam małych zmian, mianowicie warzywa najpierw podsmażyłam chwilkę na oleju i dodałam trochę kiełbasy, którą troszkę przesmażyłam. Kolejnym razem na pewno zrobię więcej sosu ;) Całość mi bardzo smakowała i co najważniejsze, mój mąż również zjadł i chciał dokładkę. A należy on do osób, którym ciężko "dogodzić" smakowo. POLECAM
