1kg. ziemniakow
2 duze cebule
4 zabki czosnku
1 puszka pasty pomidorowej
1/2 butelki bialego wina wytrawnego (mozna zmniejszyc o polowe)
sol, pieprz, wegeta cukier
olej

Prepare instructions:

To jest przepis z greckiej kuchni mam go z programu o gotowaniu. Potrawa jest bardzo smaczna. Nazwy dokladnie nie znam ''mieso w czerwonym sosie'' lub cos w tym rodzaju. Mozna tez zamiast karkowki urzyc wolowiny lub baraniny.Ja jeszcz nie probowalam.
Pokroic mieso w duze kawalki, przyprawic wegeta i pieprzem podsmazyc na oleju i przelozyc do szybkowaru.
Obrac ziemniaki przekroic na polowe lekko posolic i dodac do miesa.
Cebule pokroic na duze kawalki, lekko zeszklic na patelni( moment zeby nie przypalic ) na sam koniec dorzucic rozduszony czosnek i dodac to razem do miesa.

Paste pomidorawa rozmieszac z winem i wlac do szybkowaru, posolic, i mozna dodac szczypte cukru.
Zamknac szczelnie i gotowac do miekkosci.

jak długo gotowałaś to danie mniej więcej wiem że to zależy od mięsa?

Witam, i przepraszam ze dopiero teraz pisze. Różne modele szybkowaru mają różne cisnienia robocze, wiec trzeba troche wyprobowac ja gotuje ok.20 minut (czas liczymy od momentu uchodzenia pary).Smacznego
