Karotki - ciasteczka marchewkowe

Ingredients:

Na ok. 30 sztuk:

2 szklanki* mąki pszennej
2 duże marchewki
1 kostka masła
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
ulubione powidła lub gęsty dżem
ew. cukier puder do posypania

* jako miarki użyłam szklanki o pojemności 250 ml

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę wymieszać z proszkiem do pieczenia, posiekać z zimnym masłem. Marchewki obrać, zetrzeć na tarce na drobnych oczkach. Wszystko razem szybko zagnieść, ciasto owinąć folią spożywczą i wstawić do lodówki na co najmniej pół godziny.

Ciasto dość cienko rozwałkować, pokroić na kwadraty. Każdy posmarować dżemem, zwinąć w ruloniki lub złożyć w koperty. Ciasteczka wyłożyć na blachę z papierem do pieczenia. Piec ok. 20 minut w 180 stopniach. Upieczone i wystudzone karotki można posypać cukrem pudrem.
