Ingredients:

2 szklanki mąki

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

2 łyżki cukru

1 płaska łyżeczka cukru waniliowego

2 czubate łyżki gorzkiego naturalnego kakao

4 łyżki mocnego naparu z kawy (dla dzieci kawa inka)

1 szczypta soli

2 jajka

1 niepełna szklanka mleka

80g margaryny do pieczenia

4 łyżki oleju (może być oliwa z oliwek LIGHT)

Cukier puder
Pisaki cukiernicze do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

Suche składniki przesiewamy do miski tak, aby się dokładnie połączyły. Jajka roztrzepujemy z mlekiem i olejem. Przelewamy do mąki, dodajemy posiekaną margarynę i napar z kawy, a następnie miksujemy, aż składniki się połączą (około 3-4 minut). Ciasto powinno wyjść gęste i lepkie. Masę muffinkową przelewamy do foremek w kształcie misia (Ja mam taką blachę do pieczenia) i pieczemy 25 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 150st (z termoobiegiem) lub 180st (bez). Gotowe muffinki wyciągamy z piekarnika i czekamy aż przestygną. Na talerz wysypujemy trochę cukru pudru, a następnie kładziemy na min każego misia i delikatnie przyciskamy. Za pomocą pisaków cukierniczych rysujemy buźkę i wzorek na brzuszku i... nasze misie są już gotowe!

Wyglądają ślicznie:)ale czy łyżka proszku do pieczenia, na 2 szklanki mąki to nie jest za dużo?

Ja zawsze daję łyżeczkę taką między płaską a czubatą... Nie bardzo wiedziałam, jak to napisać :-)
