Ingredients:

SKŁADNIKI:

NA CIASTO;
- 2 szklanki mąki pszennej
- 1/2 szklanki gorącej wody
- 1/2 kostki smalcu
- 1/2 łyżeczki soli
- 5 łyżeczek czosnku granulowanego ( dla tych którzy lubią ostre)

NA SOS;
- 1 kubek gęstej śmietany
- 4 łyżki majonezu
- 4 ząbki czosnku
- sól
- pieprz

NA SAŁATKĘ ;
- 2 POMIDORY
- 1 PAPRYKA
- 1 OGÓREK ZIELONY
- 2 OGÓRKI KISZONE
- 1 DUZA CEBULA ZÓŁTA
- 1 DUŻA CEBULA CZERWONA
- 1/2 MAŁEJ GŁÓWKI BIAŁEJ KAPUSTY
- SÓL

DODATKI
- 4 pojedyńcze piersi kurze
- 1 opakowanie przyprawy gyros
- 20 dag startego zółtego sera
- olej
- folia aluminiowa

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO;
Do miski wsypać mąkę dodać smalec sól i czosnek wszytsko wymieszać dodać gorącą wode.Wyrobić na jednolita masę (tak żeby ciasto odchodziło od ręki).Podzielić na części i wałkować cieniutki placek wielkości patelni.Gotowe placki smażyc na suchej patelni z obu stron aż znikną tłuste miejsca.Odkładać na talerz jeden na drugi ,przykrywajac folią aluminiową aby narały wilgoci.
SOS;
Śmietane wymieszac z sola ,pieprzem i wyciśniętym przez praskę czosnkiem oraz majonezem.Odstawić do lodówki.

SAŁATKA;
Pomidory ,paprykę,ogórki pokroić w kostkę wrzucic do miski.Cebule pokroić w piórka dodać do reszty.Kapustę posztkować.Posolic .Wszystko razem wymieszać i odstawic do przegryzienia się.

Piersi kurze pokroic w drobną kosteczkę posypać przyprawą odstawic na 10-15 minut(najlepiej na noc).Usmażyć na oleju.

Placki podgrzać na patelni bądż w mikrofalówce.Uformowac rozek którego koniec owijamy folia aluminiową .Wkładamy do środka łyżkę sałatki ,mięso posypujemy startym serem na to ponownie sałatka do samego brzegu polewamy sosem.

Przepis bardzo prosty i szybki .A jeszcze bardziej saczny.

a można smalec zastąpic oliwą??

nie próbowałam z oliwą .Po smalcu robią sie takie fajne plamki brązowe.

Placki wyszły mi suche ,łamliwe .Wydaje mi się ,że smalec to spowodował.W smaku całkiem dobre ,ale nie da się tego zwinąć,trzymałam się ściśle przepisu .Aby
wybrnąć z sytuacji podałam z frytkami,było bardzo smaczne .

Moje również wyszły suche i łamliwe. Smaczne, ale chyba nie do tego przepisu :P

a u mnie wyszły super i nie suche :P po smażeniu układłam placek jeden na drugi i przykrywałam folią aluminową :)
