Ingredients:

- 70 dkg mielonego mięsa przyprawionego tak jak lubicie / jak na
mielone/
- 1 szklanka pokrojonych w kostke ogórków konserwowych
- 1 niepełna szklanka pokrojonej papryki marynowanej
- 1 łyżka masła lyb smalcu

Moja rada :
Do mielonego mięsa oprócz cebuli i czosnku i ulubionych przypraw oraz jajka , zamiast namoczonej bulki daję 3 - 4 ugotowane i przetarte ziemniaki.

Prepare instructions:

Okrągłą formę żaroodporną natłuścić, włozyć połowę mięsa mielonego, wylepić brzegi.
Nałozyć na mięso ogórki i papryke.
Przykryć pozostałym mięsem, uklepać.
Posmarować wierzch roztopionym masłem lub smalcem.
Piec - bez przykrycia- w 200⁰C ok 1 godziny.
Kroić jak tort. Mozna jeść na zimno i na gorąco np. z z ziemniakami puree i sałatą.

zaciekawił mnie Twój przepis . Ja zamiast bułki dodaję chleb,chałkę.Musiałam sprwadzić,jak to jest ziemniakami.Wyszło super.Orginalne danie z mięsa mielonego-gratuluję pomysłu

Rewelacja :) polecam wszystkim! szybko się robi i jak zrobi się wiecej, to starcza na więcej niż 1 obiad!
