Kluseczki kładzione półfrancuskie

Ingredients:

30 - 40 dkg mąki

3 jajka

3 dkg tłuszczu

1/3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

szczypta soli

mleko lub woda

Prepare instructions:

Tłuszcz rozetrzeć w misce, wymieszać z jajkami dodać mąkę, szczyptę soli, proszek do pieczenia i tyle mleka lub wody, aby ciasto dało się łatwo nabierać łyżką.

Ciasto wyrobić drewnianą łyżką, by było pulchne i gładkie.

Na wrzącą wodę kłaść metalową łyżką dość wąskie kluseczki ( za każdym razem zanurzając łyżkę w wodzie ) , aby łatwo z niej spadały i gotować ok. 2 minuty.

Kluski półfrancuskie można podawać do zyp czystych ( rosołu , pomidorowej itd. ), oraz jako drugie danie z sosami, ze szpinakiem, jajecznicą albo ze śmietaną i cukrem.
