Ingredients:

- ok 7 dużych ziemniaków
- pół kg boczku wędzonego
- 4 średnie cebule
- mąka
-sól

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki zetrzec na tarce drobnej. Do utartych ziemniaków dodać mąkę tak, żeby ciasto było gęstsiejsze niż na placki ziemniaczane.
Dodać soli.
Wstawić wodę, posolić.
Na pokrywę nabrać 3-4 łyżki ciasta i łyżką urywać kawałki i wrzucać do gotującej się wody. Po wypłynięciu kluski są dobre.

Boczek kroimy (wg uznania) i smażymy, cebulę kroimy w paski i gdy boczek jest juz prawie gotowy dodajemy cebulkę.

Kluski można wrzucić bezpośrednio na patelnię lub do garnka i tak podoawać lub polewać na patelni.

Najlepszym dodatkiem jest kiszona kapusta ugotowana i koraszona.

A w mojej rodzinie jadło się te kluski (może to kogoś zdziwi) z dodatkiem białego twarogu.

Robię je często u nas się na nie mówi "kluchy na pyrach" albo "szare". Pycha też je lubimy.

Moja babcia je robi....normalnie obłęd :).Nazywamy je "kluski kładzione",albo "szare kluski".
