Ingredients:

30 dag ziemniaków
1 jajko
20 dag sera białego
10 dag mąki
2 cebule
4 łyzki oleju
sól, pieprz
3 łyżeczki cukru

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowane ziemniaki, najlepiej z poprzedniego dnia zmielic i połączyć z jajkiem, zmielonym serem, mąką. Nastepnie formowac walki o średnicy ok. 4 cm i ciąć kopytka. Zagotować wode z solą, wrzucić kopytka i czekac aż do wypłynięcia. W międzyczasie usmażyć na oleju cebulę i wrzucić ugotowane kopytka, oprószyć cukrem i podsmażyć aż do zrumienienia. Przyprawić solą i pieprzem, można też dodać do cebuli kilka pieczarek

Ja znam te kluseczki jako "kluski leniwe". Kopytka to prawie to samo ale bez białego sera. U mnie w domu "leniwe" babcia serwowała z cukrem i tartą byłeczką zasmażaną na maśle. Kaloryczne mniam.
