Składniki:

1 szkl kaszy jaglanej

6-8 pieczarek

1 marchewka

1/2 pora

olej

bułka tarta

Prepare instructions:

Kaszę ugotować ostudziś i zmielić .Pieczarki , marchewkę zetrzeć na tarce na grubych oczkach , pora drobno pokroić wszystko razem podsmażyć na patelni na łyżce oleju aby z pieczarek odparowała woda a marchew i por zmiękły przestydzić i dodać do zmielonej kaszy. Wszystko razem wymieszać doprawić solą i pieprzem , formować kotleciki obtaczać w bułce tartej i smażyć na oleju . Doskonale smakują z sosem czosnkowym , pieczarkowym lub ketchupem.

czy mielenie kaszy jest konieczne? jaglana jest dość drobna, nawet po ugotowaniu...:)

zmielona kasza bardzo dobrze się klei i jajko nie jest konieczne ale jak ktoś chce może dodać 1 jajko ale wtedy też 1-2 łyżki mąki

Kotleciki super. Nawet moje córki zajadały z apetytem. Polecam. Jeszcze nie raz i nie dwa będę je robić.
