Kotlety ziemniaczane mojej Mamy

Ingredients:

- ok 1 kg ziemniaki
-2 jaja,
- mąka pszenna,
- cebula,
- pieprz, sól,
- zielenina: koperek, szczypiorek, natka pietruszki, lubczyk... (co kto lubi)

Prepare instructions:

Ugotowane i wystudzone ziemniaki przeciskamy przez praskę, dodajemy jajka i tyle mąki przennej, aby uzyskać ciasto nieco rzadsze niż na kopytka. Soli i pieprzymy do smaku. Drobno posiekaną cebulę podsmażamy na maśle, kiedy się zeszkli dodajemy posiekaną zieleninę i chwilę smażymy. (Zieleninki musi być dużo). Dodajemy do ciasta ziemniaczanego. Formujemy kotleciki, obtaczamy w bułce tartej, smażymy na dosyć gorącym oleju, tak oby powstała chrupiąca skórka.
Podajemy z sosikami wedle upodobania pieczarkowym, grzybowym, mięsnym - powinny być wyraziste w smaku i treściwe, bo kotlety są delikatne.

Uwaga: ciasta nie można przygotować wcześniej bo zaczyna się "rozłazić".

Ja troszkę urozmaiciłam przepis .Dodałam podsmażoną cebulkę z kiełbaską a na koniec polałam sosem ziołowym .Pychota
