Ingredients:

Ciasto

10 dkg margaryny
1 jajo
15 dkg cukru pudru
1 łyżka miodu
po 3/4 płaskiej łyżeczki sody i proszku do pieczenia
mąki ile zabierze (ok 2 szkl )

Krem

2 budynie śmietankowe (na 0,5l mleka)
2 - 3 żółtka
2 łyżki mąki pszennej
4 łyżki suchego cappuccino czekoladowego
1 l mleka
jeśli budyń jest bez cukru dodać 5-6 łyżek
1 kostka dobrego masła

1 puszka masy krówkowej
5 paczek herbatników petitek 100gr
4-6 kostek czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto

Wszystkie składniki wyrobić na luźne ciasto
dodawać mąki aż przestanie się lepić do rąk.
Rozwałkowac do wielkości blachy 25x40 i upiec, ok 25 min w 180".

Krem

W 1 szkl mleka rozrobić budynie z żółtkami, cukrem, mąką i cappuccino.
Pozostałe mleko zagotować, dodać masę budyniową
i na wolnym ogniu niech nam kilka razy mrugnie, odstawić do ostygnięcia.
Gdy ostygnie utrzeć z kostką masła .

Upieczone ciasto naponczowac (u mnie alkohol)

ciasto miodowe
1/2 kremu
warstwa herbatników
masa krówkowa
warstwa herbatników
1/2 kremu
starta czekolada

Zyczę smacznego.

Zdjęcie nie najlepszej jakości, robione komórką bo aparat odmówił posłuszeństwa.
