Ingredients:

Składniki:

½ kg maki

30 dkg masła

12 dkg cukru pudru

2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

1 żółtko

1 jajko

Masa:

½ kg cukru

Szklanka wody

Kostka masla

2 cukry waniliowe

10 dkg kakao

½ kg mleka w proszku

Bakalie

Polewa:

½ kostki margaryny

4 łyzki kakao

4 łyzki cukru

1/3 szklanki mleka

Łyżka maku

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki na ciastowymieszać. Rozwałkować i wykrawać foremkami do babeczek. Piec w tych foremkach. Z drugiej połowy uformowac ruloniki- w takiej ilości jak babeczki.

Cukier, wodę, masło i cukier waniliowy wsypac do garnka. Gotować na małym ogniu 20 minut. Dodać kakao, mleko w proszku i bakalie.

Margaryne rozpuścić z mlekiem, dodać cukier i kakao energicznie mieszając.

Do babeczki dać mase i włożyć rulonik upieczonego ciasta. Gdy masa stwardnieje kapeluszu włożyć do polewy i po wyciagnieciu poczekac aż zachnie żeby się nie zniszczył. Końcówkę nózki natomiast umoczyć w wodzie z cukrem i posypac makiem.

Niedawno jadłam takie - pomysłowe wykonanie, zwłaszcza na kinder bal :)

ja robię z innego przepisu ale w najbliższym czasie spróbuje z Twojego.
Pomysłowe te grzybki są a jakie robią wrażenie :)
