Kurczak z porem i grzybami mamusi muminka

Ingredients:

4 udka z kurczaka
30 dag pieczarek (same kapelusze)
2 małe pory pokrojone w paseczki
2-3 łyżki masła
1/2 szklanki białego wina
1/4 szklanki bulionu z kurczaka
1/2 szklanki gęstej śmietany 30%
sól, pieprz, vegeta
szczypta gałki muszkatołowej

Prepare instructions:

1. Pieczarki pokroić w plasterki.
2. W dużym rondlu rozgrzać na średnim ogniu masło.
3. Na maśle dusić udka,aż skórka nabierze złoto-brązowego koloru.
4. Odwrócić udka i podsmażyć drugą stronę.
5. Dodać pory i smażyć 3 minuty, aż pory będą miękkie.
6. Wlac bulion i wino.Zagotować.Przykryć i zmniejszyć ogień.
7. Dusić delikatnie przez 10-15 minut.
8. Wyjąć udka i zachować w cieple.
9. Dodać do rondla pieczarki i smażyć na średnim ogniu, aż sos trochę zgęstnieje.

10. Zmniejszyć ogień na mały. Wlać śmietanę i delikatnie smażyć przez minutę.
11. Przyprawić jeszcze do smaku solą , pieprzem , gałką muszkatolową.
12. Udka polać sosem i podawać z ryżem oraz surówkami. SMACZNEGO!!!

Zrobiłam dzisiaj udeczka na obiad,były bardzo dobre mimo to że nie dodałam wina.Polecam warto spróbować nawet mój 2-letni synek jadł je ze smakiem.
