kurczak z ryżem w niezwykłym sosie

Very easy

Ingredients:

3 pojedyncze piersi z kurczaka
2-3 torebek ryżu ( ilość na 4 osoby, w tym 2 które lubią się najeść ;-) )
20-30 dag pieczarek
1 duży słoik sosu do spaghetti ŁOWICZ
sól, pieprz, czerwona papryka słodka, oliwa z oliwek (olej), bazylia

Prepare instructions:

*piersi z kurczaka kroimy na male kawałki, podsmażamy na rogrzanej oliwie, gdy mięso będzie białe, a anwet lekko zarumienione, odstawiamy,
*na drugiej patelni na masełku lub oliwie podsmażamy pieczarki pokrojone w drobniutkią kosteczkę, gdy zmiękną i zciemnieją, dodajemy do kurczaka i razem podgrzewamy i dokładnie mieszamy, przyprawiamy pieprzem i czerwoną papryką.
*zalewamy mieszaninę sosem do spaghetti i dokładnie mieszamy, aż wszystko będzie dokładnie pokryte sosem.

*ryż gotujemy na sypko, wykładamy na talerze, przykrywamy go kurczakiem w sosie.
Gotowe.

!!! Nie możemy liczyć na to, że danie będzie zawierało dużo sosu, ponieważ 1 słoik jest na "przykrycie, obtoczenie" kurczaka, jeśli chcemy uzyskać duża ilość sosu (jak do spaghetti) należy kupić 2 słoiki sosu!!!!

jeszcze lepiej smakuje jeśli doda się do niego curry i odrobinę sproszkowanego imbiru (jeśli ma się go w domu)
