Ingredients:

1 kg kurek lub innych grzybow
2 dkg soli na litr wody do obgotowania grzybow
duza cebula

Zalewa:
1.25 szklanki octu 10%
1.25 szklanki wody
5 dkg cukru
1-2 dkg soli
20 ziarenek pieprzu
20 ziarenek ziela angielskiego
5 listkow laurowych

Prepare instructions:

Grzyby oczyscic, skrocic trzonki. Starannie wyplukac i wrzucic do niewielkiej ilisci wody z dodatkiem soli i pokrojonej cebuli. Gotowac do miekkosci, okolo 10 minut.
Wyjac grzyby z garnka, cebule wyrzucic a grzyby odsaczyc na sicie.
Przelozyc do wyparzonych sloiczkow.
Przygotowac zalewe ze skladnikow obok.Goraca zalewa zalac grzyby i dokladnie zakrecic.

Do gotowych grzybkow mozna dodac sparzone male cebulki lub ozdobnie pokrojone, obgotowane krazki marchewki.

Mozna tak marynowac i inne grzyby np. prawdziwki, maslaki,rydze,gaski itp.

Przepis pochodzi z netu.

Robię, jak skończę to wrzucę jakieś foto ;) i powiem czy dobre, ale myślę że będą pycha ;)

Uwaga!!! za dużo octu w zalewie, szkoda grzybów , będą nie do zjedzenia.Pozatym ok.
