Ingredients:

- 4 cukinie
- 4 baklazany
- 5 pomidorow
- 6 zabkow czosnku
- 2 lyz oleju
- lyzeczka tymianku lub oregano
- 500 gr jogurtu naturalnego
- sol, lyzeczka ostrej papryki
- starty ser, pietruszka - zielenina

Prepare instructions:

Cukinie , baklazany pokroic w krazki posypac sola i odstawic na chwilke az puszcza sok nastepnie obetrzec papierem.
Podsmazyc na patelni i wylozyc na recznik papierowy.
Pomidory drobno posiekac, kawalki czosnku podsmazyc na oleju a nastepnie dodac do nich pomidory.
Jogurt wymieszac mikserem z tymiankiem.
Przygotowac naczynie do lazani, wlac pol sosu pomidorowego, na to sos jogurtowy, a nastepnie baklazana z cukinia i znow zalac pozostalymi sosami. Na wszystko cieple wylozyc ser aby sie rozpuscil, posypac odrobina papryka ostra, posypac pietruszka.

czy do tej lazani nie dokładasz wogóle makaronu?

Nie dodaje. Jest to danie tylko warzywne, a cukinia z baklazanem swietnie zastepuja makaron :)
