Leczo warzywne na szybko

Very easy

Ingredients:

1 papryka czerwona
1 papryka żółta
1 papryka zielona
1 cukinia
2 cebule
3 ząbki czosnku
4 pomidory
4 łyżki oleju
sól
pieprz
koncentrat pomidorowy

Prepare instructions:

1. Cebulę obieramy i drobno kroimy. Następnie dusimy ją na rozgrzanym oleju.

2. Cukinie obieramy i kroimy w kostkę. Wrzucamy do garnka. Podsmażoną cebulę także tam dodajemy.

3. Gdy cukinia będzie półtwarda to wrzucamy papryki pokrojone w kostkę (czasami dodatkowo obieram ze skóry jak mam więcej czasu).

4. Całość dusimy aż papryka i cukinia będzie miękka. Na koniec dodajemy pokrojone pomidory (bez skórki). Dalej dusimy.

5. Doprawiamy solą i pieprzem i dodajemy koncentrat pomidorowy dla zagęszczenia.

cukinie dodaje sie na samym koncu ...no chyba ze ktos lubi rozgotowana breje .....

Nie breję tylko fajnie mięciutką cukinię!
To tak jakby kapustę dodawać na końcu do bigosu- smacznego!
