leniwe jak puszek

Ingredients:

25 dkg białego sera
3 łyżki masłą
2 jaja
4-5 czubatych łyżek mąki pszennej
2 łyżki bułki tartej
cukier do posypania
sól

Prepare instructions:

Ser rozgniatamy widelcem,dodajemy 1 łyżkę masła i dalej ugniatamy i mieszamy.Gdy masa będzie jednolita,dodajemy żółtka,wymieszać łyżką Ubić piannę z białek ze szczyptą soli,i delikatnie wymieszać z masą serową.Na koniec dodać mąkę i wymieszać.Maczaną we wrzątku łyżką kłaść zgrabne kluseczki < woda ma być posolona >i gotować 2-3 min.od wypłynięcia na powierzchnię wody kluseczek.Po tym jak kluseczki wypłyną na powierzchnię zmniejszyć gaz.Jeszcze jedna ważna rada [ WARTO UGOTOWAĆ NAJPIERW JEDNĄ KLUSECZKĘ ABY SPRAWDZIĆ CZY CIASTO MA DOBRĄ KONSYSTENCJĘ,JEŚLI NIE TRZEBA DODAĆ WIĘCEJ MĄKI.KLUSKA MA SIĘ NIE ROZPADAĆ. ]

Na patelni rozgrzać resztę masła dać bułkę tartą i zrumienić,polać kluseczki i posypać cukrem.
