Letnia patelnia z cukinią

Ingredients:

40 mielonej szynki

1/2 średniej cukini

1 pomidor

1 duża papryka

25 dag pieczarek

1 duża cebula

kilka różyczek kalafiora

kilka łyżek posiekanej natki pietruszki

sól, pieprz

2 łyżeczki pasty ajwar

1 łyżeczka sosu sambal oelek

2 łyżki oleju

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę pokroić w piórka, zeszklić na oleju, dorzucić pokrojone w półplasterki pieczarki, posolić, popieprzyć, przykryć i dusić razem do odparowania wody.
Dorzucić mielone mięso, smażyć, ciągle mieszając, wymieszać z natką pietruszki. Dodać cząstki kalafiora, oraz pokrojonego pomidora bez skóry, dusić pod przykryciem około 5 minut. Dodać pokrojoną w cząstki paprykę i kostki cukinię wcześniej obraną i pozbawioną gniazd nasiennych. Przyprawić, dodać ajwar i sos sambal oelek. W razie potrzeby dolać odrbinę wody. Dusić aż warzywa staną się miękkie.
Podawać ze świeżym pieczywem.

Nie dodałam kalafiora - takim nadzieniem wypełniłam wydrążone cukinie i zapiekłam. Pycha, przepis polecam !
