Pijane kiełbaski

Ingredients:

1 kg białej kiełbasy
2 łyżki oleju

Glazura
1/2 szklanki żurawiny do mięs
4 łyżki chrzanu
2-3 łyżki wódki

Prepare instructions:

kiełbasę nakłuwamy, układamy w garnku, zalewamy wodą i zagotowujemy
następnie zmniejszamy ogień i gotujemy jeszcze przez około 15 minut
Następnie kiełbaski studzimy po czym nasmarowujemy je olejem.
Tak przygotowane kiełbaski układamy w żaroodpornym naczyniu i wkładamy do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180 stopni.

W czasie gdy kiełbaski się pieką mieszamy wszystkie składniki glazury ( proporcje które podałam sprawią że glazura będzie bardziej wyrazista w smaku, jeśli wolimy delikany smak proponuję dać mniej chrzanu i wódki).

Gdy kiełbaski pięknie się zarumienią nasmarowujemy je 1/2 częścią glazury i opiekamy jeszcze przez 10 min. Po tym czasie obracamy kiełbaski i smarujemy resztą glazury a następnie wstawiamy do piekarnika na kolejne 10 min.

Tak przygotowane kiełbaski wykładamy na półmisek, ozdabiamy żurawiną i podajemy ciepłe na stół. Idealnie smakują z ciepłym domowym chlebem.

pierwsze pieczenie tak długo aż skórka się ślicznie zrumieni...obserwujemy :) potem po 10 min każda strona posmarowana glazurom
