Makaron po węgiersku

Ingredients:

40 dag drobnego makaronu (np. gwiazdki),
50 dag ziemniaków,
1 średnia cebula,
10 dag smalcu (można zastąpić oliwą lub masłem),
1 łyżka mielonej słodkiej papryki (najlepiej węgierskiej),
sól do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Makaron ugotować al dente w dużej ilości lekko osolonej wody. Odcedzić. Ziemniaki obrać, umyć i pokroić w kostkę. Zalać osolonym wrzątkiem i gotować ok. 5 min. (Ziemniaki muszą być półtwarde). Odcedzić. Na patelni rozgrzać tłuszcz. Zrumienić na nim obraną i pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę. Dodać makaron, ziemniaki i sproszkowaną paprykę. Dporawić solą. Ciągle mieszając smażyć na małym ogniu ok. 15 min. Podawać bardzo gorące.

jadłam na Węgrzech i to się robi trochę inaczej. Najpierw sie podsmaża cebulę (sporo tłuszczu), do cebuli dodaje się paprykę ostrą!(dodaja troche wody i szybko mieszają) Później drobno pokrojone w kostkę, nieugotowane ziemniaki podsmażyc należy z cebulką i papryką. na końcu zmieszać z ugotowanym (gorącym) makaronem. Polecam dodać śmietany.
tak to jedzą na Węgrzech.
