Ingredients:

twaróg
makaron
boczek [awaryjnie kiełbasa zwyczajna lub podobna]
ewentualnie jajka i sól [jedno jajko na osobę]

Prepare instructions:

gotujemy makaron w osolonej wodzie
kroimy boczek lub kiełbasę [lub jedno i drugie] w małe kawałeczki
pokrojony boczek [kiełbasę] wrzucamy na rozgrzaną patelnię i smażymy do momentu uzyskania skwareczek [ im mocniej podsmażone tym smaczniejsze]
ugotowany makaron wrzucamy na patelnię ze skwarkami by się zarumienił
tu pod koniec smażenia możemy ewentualnie dodać rozbełtane z solą i pieprzem jajka, jednak można ten element pominąć
na koniec na talerzu posypujemy całość drobno pokrojonym twarogiem

smacznego.

Dlaczego to danie nazywasz ''spagetti'' skoro nie ma go w składnikach?

ponieważ spaghetti to makaron, a jak napisałam można użyć dowolnego, spaghetti, kolanek czy innych. Spaghetti jest najbardziej popularne, stąd tytuł. Kolanka węgierskie brzmi trochę głupio czyż nie?

Ej, nie macie się o co sprzeczać :) Nazwa nazwą, a najważniejsze, że potrawa jest super pyszna - pamiętam ją jeszcze z dzieciństwa i do tej pory smakuje tak samo świetnie :)

ciastko :-) spagetti to jeden z rodzajow makaronu :-) dosc specygficzny. Ja bym potrawe nazwala makaron po wegiersku bo... makaron obejmuje wszystkie jego rodzaje. Pozdrawiam
