Makaron z kurczakiem po włosku w sosie MIX FIX

Ingredients:

makaron (polecam tagliaelle, spaghetti, papardelle w sumie jaki lubicie)
sosy Knorra - carbonara, śmietanowo- ziołowy i 4 sery z brokułami
olej do smażenia
2 pojedyncze piersi z kurczaka
sól, pieprz, majeranek, papryka słodka, oregano
50 ml śmietany 12%

Porcja dla 3-4 osób

Prepare instructions:

Piersi myjemy, osuszamy i kroimy na małe kawalki. Przyprawiamy solą, pieprzem, majerankiem, papryką, oregano. Na chwilkę odstawiamy. Smażymy na rozgrzanym oleju do zarumienienia obracając dość często. Sosy przygotowujemy w taki sposób: wszyskie mieszamy z 300 ml zimnej wody i 50 ml śmietany - dokładnie należy rozmieszać aby nie było grudek. Gotujemy mieszając. Jeśli wychodzi za gęste dolewamy wody i mieszamy. Makaron gotujemy al dente z solą.

Podajemy: makaron, usmażone na złoto piersi i polewamy sosem.

bardzo ładnie pachnie serowo- ziołowo- warzywnie.

Łatwe i szybkie danie!!!! Smakuje również bez kurczaka - dla wegetarian lub jako piatkowy obiad.

W jakim sklepie w Italii kupiłaś sosy Knorra?

belkot68 - http://www.unileverfoodsolutions.it/products/gamma_prodotti - jak widzisz Włosi też maja Knorra. Być może inne smaki niż w Polsce ale używają. Pozdrawiam
