Drobiowe piersi z warzywami i ryżem pod beszamelem

Ingredients:

2 pojedyncze piersi kurczaka
1 opakowanie mrożonki Hortexu - Warzywa na patelnię
2 woreczki ryżu
mąka,
mleko,
masło
sól
pieprz,
papryka słodka
gałka muszkatołowa
oregano
majeranek
vegeta lub inna ulubiona przyprawa do kurczaka
sok z cytryny
olej Kujawski

Prepare instructions:

Piersi myjemy, osuszamy i kroimy poziomo każdą na dwie części. Następnie kroimy w cienkie paski. Doprawiamy solą, pieprzem, majerankiem, papryką, oregano - w sumie jeśli chodzi o przyprawy to dowolnie byle dość mocno.
Smażymy na rozgrzanym oleju na lekko złoty kolor - nie za mocno bo będą za suche.
Ryż gotujemy jak podano na opakowaniu.

Warzywa zamrożone wrzucamy na patelnię i smażymy.

Przygotowujemy sos beszamelowy (przepisy znajdziecie na WZ - nie chcę tu powtarzac ale generalnie masło, mleko, mąka, sok z cytryny, gałka muszkatołowa i przyprawy) lub inny ulubiony

Są dwa spodoby podawania:
1. Wszystko mieszamy w większym garnku razem z sosem i mamy danie jednogarnkowe.
2. Wszystko podajemy na talerzu osobno i polewamy sosem.
