Makaron z kurczakiem -mała improwizacja

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

Ugotowane mięso drobiowe np. z rosołu
ugotowana marchewka
ok. 250-300g makaronu
1-2 ogórki korniszony
ser żółty (ilość dowolna)
przyprawy :sól, pieprz,
natka pietruszki( szczypiorek)

sos:
ok. 3 łyżeczki koncentratu pomidorowego

Prepare instructions:

Mięso, marchewkę i ogórka pokroić w kostkę.

Makaron ugotowac w osolonej wodzie. Odsączyć.

Na patelni rozgrzać troszkę oliwy.

Wrzucić makaron, mięso, marchew i ogórka.

Wszystko razem wymieszać i chwilkę podsmażyć.

Zalać sosem pomidorowym, doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem (ew. jakimiś ziołami).

Posypać zółtym serem. Wymieszać.
Na talerzu posypać natką (sczypiorkiem)

Sos: koncentrat pomidorowy wymieszać z ok. 1/2 szklanki wody.Sos powinien być gęsty.

Robi się naprawdę szybko i można wykorzystać ugotowane mięso z rosołu:))
Można dodać podsmażóne pieczarki lub kukurydzę z puszki.

hmmmm... to dziwne że nikt jeszcze nie wypróbował tego przepisu...wyglada naprawdę apetycznie......jak tylko bede miała ku temu okazje zrobię danie na obiadek ..a nwet na kolację ..a czemu nie?
