Makaron z kurkami

Ingredients:

40 dkg makaronu /np.krajanka/
40 dkg kurek lub 20 dkg kurek i 20 dkg innych grzybow
2 zabki czosnku
natka pietruszki
2 lyzki przecieru pomidorowego
3 lyzki oleju
3 lyzki tartego sera zoltego /najlepiej parmezan/
sol
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Grzyby oczyscic, umyc. Kurki przekroic na pol, inne grzyby pokroic w paski.
Czosnek obrac, posiekac. Na patelni rozgrzac olej, podsmazyc posiekany czosnek, dodac grzyby, posypac sola i pieprzem, dobrze wymieszac. Dusic
az grzyby zmiekna. Dodac przecier pomidorowy, podlac paroma lyzkami wody. Dusuc jeszcze 15 minut, ponownie doprawic do smaku.
Makaron ugotowac aldente, odcedzic, wymieszac z duszonymi grzybami.
Posypac posiekana natka pietruszki i posypac startym serem.

Przepis wydrukowany z netu, blizszych danych brak.

Zalezy od gestosci sosu po dodaniu przecieru pomidorowego. Czasem trzy lyzki, czasem szesc. Chodzi o to aby sie nie przypalilo kiedy bedziesz gotowac jeszcze 15 minut.Musisz dzialac "na wyczucie".
