Lenko, bardzo ładnie wygląda ten Twój makowiec-strucla.Jak robisz, że ciasto mocno przylega do maku, Którego jest dość dużo.Ponadto masz pięknie wyrośniety i całkowicie przepieczony makowiec. Jakbyś mogła zdradzić tajemnicę?

Rozwałkowane ciasto smaruję białkiem,po czym dość mocno zawijam.Wierzch również smaruję białkiem. To cała tajemnica

50 dag mąki pozostałą część dosypuje się aż do uzyskania jednolitej struktury ciasta.Wychodzi w sumie około 80 dag mąki.

Mam pytanie 7 dag margaryny czyli ile? Czyli troszke wiecej niz pol kostki?? :))

Kostka ma 25 dkg, więc 7 dkg to będzie ok. 1/4 kostki
