Ingredients:

Mak:

· 25 dag maku

· 15 dag cukru pudru

· 5 jajek

· 1 ½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

· 1 łyżeczka kakao

· bakalie, wiśnie

Biszkopt z 4 lub z 5 jajek

Masa orzechowa:

· 20 dag orzechów

· 15 dag cukru

· 25 dag masła

· 3/4 szklanki mleka

· 1 jajko ( ja nie dodaję)

· 1 łyżeczka kakao

Polewa:

· 3 łyżki mleka

· 3 łyżki cukru pudru

· 1 ½ łyżki masła

· 1 łyżka kakao

Prepare instructions:

Mak:
Mak ugotować i zmielić dwa razy.

Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem, dodać mak, bakalie,wymieszać, na koniecdać pianę z białek i ponownie lekko wymieszać. Wylać do formy wyłożonej pergaminem.

Biszkopt zrobić wg własnego przepisu. Biszkopt wylewamy na mak i pieczemy całość w ok. 180 *C, jakieś 30 - 40 min. Po upieczeniu placek "wyrzucamy" z formy na deseczkę makiem do góry i tak już pozostawiamy. Na mak dajemy masę orzechową.

Masa orzechowa:

Zmielone orzechy sparzyć mlekiem, utrzeć masło z cukrem i ewentualnie jajkiem , dodać orzechy i kakao i ponownie utrzeć na jednolitą masę. Wyłożyć na mak.

Polewa:
Składniki polewy podgrzewamy aż się roztopią, studzimy. Placek ozdabiamy kleksami z polewy.

Zrobiłam z gotową masą makową...i może tu był błąd bo efekt końcowy mnie nie zachwycił. Zdecydowanie - jak dla mnie - za dużo masy orzechowej. Większą połowę zamroziłam i czeka na przełożenie biszkopta...
