Ingredients:

Na ok. 8 sztuk

300g mąki pszennej
20g drożdży
0,5 szklanki ciepłego mleka
Sól
1 jajko
2 łyżki oleju

Dodatkowo:

Keczup
Posiekane listki bazylii
Ser żółty starty na tarce o małych oczkach
Oregano

Prepare instructions:

Uwielbiam margeritki z piekarni "Pod Telegrafem" i dzisiaj udało mi się upiec je w domu, w smaku bardzo podobne, a to chyba za zasługą dużej ilości keczupu (użyłam firmy fanex i ten właśnie polecam), margeritki przyrządza się bardzo szybko, a dobre są zarówno na zimno i na ciepło.

Do miski przesiewamy mąkę, dodajemy sól, jajko i ciepłe mleko wymieszane z drożdżami. Na koniec dodajemy olej i wyrabiamy ciasto aż tłuszcz się całkowicie wchłonie.

Miskę przykrywamy ściereczką i wkładamy do ciepłego piekarnika lub mikrofalówki wtedy ciasto szybciutko wyrośnie.
Po wyrośnięciu odrywamy równe kulki które rozwałkowujemy cienko lub grubo (jak kto lubi). Pizze układamy na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia, smarujemy obficie keczupem i posypujemy oregano, nakładamy warstwę żółtego sera i trochę bazylii.

Piekarnik rozgrzewamy do 190' i pieczemy margeritki ok. 10 minut.

Czy możesz dokładnie napisać jak rośnie ciasto drożdżowe w mikrofalówce (jak ją ustawić)?

W trakcie wyrabiania ciasta ustawiam mikrofalówkę na max na kilka minut by się nagrzała, po wyłączeniu przykrywam miskę, wkładam do mikrofalówki, zamykam drzwiczki i rośnie :-)
