Mięsne kulki w sosie pomidorowym

Ingredients:

Kulki:

około 1 kg mięsa (szynka, karkówka)

1 średnia cebula

1 jajko

3 łyżeczki musztardy

2 łyżki śmietany

4-5 łyżek bułki tartej

sól, pieprz do smaku

olej

Sos:

woda (tyle jej potrzeba, żeby przykryła kulki)

2 kostki "mięsne" (rosołowe)

2 łyżki przecieru pomidorowego

1 mały kubek śmietany

1,5 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej

Prepare instructions:

Mięso i cebulę mielimy w maszynce (małe oczka). Dodajemy jajko, musztardę i śmietanę. Wyrabiamy. Na końcu dodajemy bułkę tartą. Doprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Formujemy małe kulki. Następnie obsmażamy je na gorącym oleju ze wszystkich stron.

Oddzielnie gotujemy wodę z kostkami. Dodajemy przecier. Gdy wszystko się połączy - dodajemy kulki. Uzupełniamy wodę i gotujemy na małym ogniu około 40 minut.

W kubku mieszamy dokładnie śmietanę i mąkę. Gdy kulki są gotowe - zabielamy je. Wszystko razem gotujemy jeszcze około 3 minuty.

Podawać można z kaszą jęczmnienną posypaną szczypiorkiem plus jakaś surówka.
