Ingredients:

ok. 200 szt kwiatków mleczu ( mniszka lekarskiego)
0,5 l wody
2 cytryny
1 kg cukru

Prepare instructions:

Cytrynę obieramy cieniutko ze skórki ( żółta skórka potrzebna będzie do miodu), białą część skórki z cytryny wyrzucamy. Cytrynę kroimy na kawałki.
Kwiaty mleczu zalewamy wodą, wkładamy pokrojoną cytrynę i żółtą jej skórkę, gotujemy 15 minut i pozostawiamy pod przykryciem ok 24 godz. Po tym czasie przecedzamy, podgrzewamy i dodajemy cukier. Gotujemy ok. półtorej godz. na bardzo wolnym ogniu. Powstałą na powiwerzchni białą pianę zdjejmujemy, klarowny miodek wlewamy do czystych i suchych słoiczków.

Taki miodek jest bardzo dobry dla dzieci na przeziębienie i kaszel,

mój przepis jest bardzo podobny - kilka dni temu zrobiłam właśnie i to z podwójnej porcji, mojej porcji /u mnie 420 szt mleczy/
polecam zrobienie syropu, w zimie będzie przydatny

Właśnie zrobiłam z 3 porcji mały zapasik na zimę.Miodzik wyszedł cudnie bursztynowy. pozdrawiam :)
