Ingredients:

0,5 kg parówek

2 woreczki ryżu

1 większa cebula

4 ząbki czosnku

4 pomidory

1 ostra papryka lub 1 łyżeczka mielonego chili

2 papryki

masło

1 łyżeczka oregano

1 łyżeczka słodkiej papryki

sól i pieprz

Prepare instructions:

-Na maśle podsmażyć pokrojoną cebulę i czosnek, dodać pokrojone papryki i pomidory.

-Przyprawić solą i pieprzem do smaku, dodać ok.1/3 szkl. wody i dusić ok. 20 min.

-Ugotować ryż w osolonej wodzie.

-Pokroić parówki na plasterki i podsmażyć na maśle razem z oregano i papryką słodką.

-Wszystko wymieszać i przykryć.

-Odstawić na kilka minut i gotowe.

Muszę przyznać że nie przemawiał do mnie ten przepis bo nie przepadam za parówkami ale... zrobiłam wczoraj na kolację i się miło rozczarowałam. Naprawdę rewelacja!!! Inne Twoje przepisy też mnie ciekawią, Dziś na obiad karkóweczka jak marzenie z sałatą lodową na słodko ;)
