Ingredients:

mąka - 2 szkl.
cukier - 1/2 szkl.
maślanka, - 1 szkl.
jajka - 2 szt.
szczypta soli,
masa makowa (taka jak na makowiec) ja użyłam gotowej z puszki
proszek do pieczenia - 2 łyżeczki
soda - 1/2 łyżeczki
olej - 1/2 szkl.

z porcji wychodzi - 12 szt muffinków

Prepare instructions:

1. W jednej misce połączyć suche składniki (mąka, cukier, sól, proszek)

2. W drugiej wszystkie mokre (olej, jajka, maślanka)

3. Połączyć składniki z obydwu misek, wymieszać łyżką (nie mikserem) Ciasto powinno być grudkowate.

4. Nałożyć łyżkę ciasta na dno foremki, na ciasto wyłożyć duża łyżkę masy makowej i zalać pozostałym ciastem, dobrze jest użyć papilotek, nie trzeba wtedy natluszczać formy. wierzch posypać wiórkami kokosowymi . piec 20 min w piekarniku 180 st C

Rewelacja!!! Naprawdę polecam , bo są pyszne :) Ja zamiast maślanki dodałam jogurt naturalny bo akurat nie miałam maslanki i też wyszły więc spokojnie można zamieć ;)
