Imienne pierniczki świąteczne

Ingredients:

mąka, 1 kg
cukier, 1/2 kg
kakao, 75 g
żółtka, 3 szt.
soda oczyszczona, 1 płaska łyżka
masło, 250 g
przyprawa do piernika, (wg miary na opakowaniu)
miód, 150 g
kwaśna śmietana, 200 g

Prepare instructions:

1. Masło rozpuścić z cukrem i miodem, wystudzić.

2. Mąkę przesiać z kakao i sodą. Dodać żółtka, przestudzone masło i przyprawę do piernika, dokładnie wymieszać.

3. Do masy dodawać powoli śmietanę, do uzyskania odpowiedniej konsystencji. Zagnieść

4. Rozwałkować (ok 6 mm) i wykrawać pierniczki. Piec ok. 10 min. w temperaturze 180 st. C. Dekorowac po przestygnięciu.

Ciasto jest bardzo plastyczne, praktycznie nie wymaga podsypywania mąką. Pierniczki juz następnego dnia są miękkie.

Ja go wyprobowalam i wszystko z nim bylo ok. Jesli sa twarde, prosze wlozyc do sloika wraz ze skorkami jabłek lub mandarynek.
