Muffiny czekoladowe Nigelli

Ingredients:

1 3/4 szkl. mąki
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1/2 łyżeczki sody
2 łyżki kakao
3/4 szkl. cukru pudru
3/4 szkl. czekoladowych groszków + 1/4 szkl. do posypania
1 szkl. mleka
1/2 szkl. + 2 łyżki oleju
1 jajo
1 łyżeczka ekstraktu z wanilii lub kilka kropli aromatu waniliowego

Czekoladowe groszki można kupić w dużych marketach,albo użyć startej czekolady gorzkiej.

Prepare instructions:

Ustawić piekarnik na 200 stopni.
Mąkę, proszek, sode, kakao, groszki czekoladowe wymieszać w w większej misce. Składniki mokre przemieszać w drugiej miseczce.
Zmieszać mokre i suche składniki, najlepiej trzepaczką rózgową, Niezbyt dokładnie, byle składniki były wilgotne.
Następnie wypełnić foremki pergaminowe do 2/3 wysokości.
Włożyć do nagrzanego piekarnika, jednocześnie zmniejszając temperature na 170 - 180 stopni. Piec 20 minut, aż wyrosną i ściemnieją.

Najlepsze muffiny jakie do tej pory jadłam!! Zamiast groszków dodaje jedną mleczną czekoladę i pół gorzkiej bardzo drobno posiekane.Muffiny bardzo ładnie wyrastają, są wilgotne i bardzo czekoladowe. Niebo w gębie :D

ma być 1/2 szklanki oleju + 2 łyżki? Pierwszy raz robię i się waham :)
