Ingredients:

opakowanie wafli
250 g margaryny
szklanka cukru
pół szklanki wody
2 czubate łyżki kakao
2 szklanki mleka w proszku (nie granulowanego )

Prepare instructions:

Mam to tego prostego wafla wielki sentyment :) Przepis mojej Mamy uważam za najlepszy na świecie, gdy byłam mała smakował mi tak samo bardzo jak teraz, masa nie równa się z żadnymi nawet najdroższymi kupnymi. Andrut ten pokochał nawet mój Mąż który wcześniej nie przepadał za tego rodzaju deserami. Polecam ten przepis, warto wypróbowac :)

W garnuszku rozpuszczamy margarynę razem z wodą, cukrem i kakao.

Dokładnie mieszamy i odstawiamy do przestudzenia po czym dodajemy mleko w proszku.

Mieszamy szybko i dokładnie aby nie było grudek.

Przekładamy wafla masą i odstawiamy do zastygnięcia masy.

Dodałam mniej cukru i 1 płaską łyżkę kakao więcej. Nastepnym razem jeszcze zmniejszę ilość cukru. Wafle zrobione i obciążone - masa bardzo dobra. Z opakowania wafli 250 g został mi jeden. Masę podgrzewałam na minimalnym ogniu, by nie stężała podczas smarowania. Jak trochę ostygnie to trudno rozsmarować. Pycha.
