Ogórki po meksykańsku z chili

Ingredients:

2,5 kg ogórków

1,5 główki czosnku

4 pełne łyżki soli

3 łyżeczki chili

0,5 kg cukru

8 łyżek oleju

1,5 szklanki

Prepare instructions:

Ogórki pokroić w ukośne plastry, zasypać solą , pozostawić na 6 godzin . Nastepnie posypać przyprawą chili i rozgniecionym czosnkiem . Zagotować ocet z cukrem , dodać olej , ostudzić . Zalać ogórki , odstawić na 12 godzin . Ogórki przełożyc do słoików , dopełnic zalewa pasteryzowac przez 6-10 minut.

Chciałam zwrócić uwagę na składniki są źle podane. Pani źle napisała wartość cukru i można przez to niezłą pomyłkę zrobić. Pół kilograma cukru zapisuje się tak : 0.5 kg a nie 1,2 kg - 1 kilogram i 200 gram. A jeśli chciała Pani zapisać jedna druga kilograma to tak 1/2

wczoraj zrobiłem 15 słoiczków, zalewa super , ogórki puściły sporo soku , za parę dni otworze jeden słoik i napisze jakie wyszły
