Omlet z pieczarkami

Ingredients:

Omlet :

3 jajka

1 łyzka mleka

1 niecała łyżka mąki

sól

pieprz

Nadzienie :

kilka pieczarek, cebula (mała)

starty ser żółty

Prepare instructions:

Składniki na omlet dokładnie ze sobą mieszamy. Pieczarki kroimy w plasterki i podsmażamy razem z pokrojoną w kosteczkę cebulą na patelni.

Pieczarki ściągamy z patelni i wylewamy na nią wczesniej zmieszane składniki. Kiedy góra zacznie się ścinać nakładamy pieczarki (nie wszystkie, troszkę odkładamy), składamy omlet na pół i jeszcze przez chwilkę podsmażamy z jednej i drugiej strony. Następnie ściągamy omlet z patelni. Na omlet nakładamy odłożone pieczarki i posypujemy wszystko startym serem. Całość wkładamy do mikrofalówki na chwilę do roztopienia się sera.

Zrobiłam ten pyszny omlecik składając go na pół a do środka farsz, całość podałam z frytkami i sosem uncle bens PYCHA!

hm, chyba go spróbóje. Brzmi smakowicie, choć ja mam podobny, tylko, że z bułką tartą! Dlatego zobaczcie mój omlet z pieczarkami, albo z innymi grzybami :)

Robiłam omlet z tego przepisu już chyba z dziesięć razy. Wprawdzie nie składam go na pół i nie dodaję sera ale mąż go uwielbia !!!
