orientalna salatka z kapusty pekinskiej

Ingredients:

1 kapusta pekinska
peczek szczypiorku
1 chinska zupka z makaronem o drobiowym lub orientalnym smaku
garsc migdalow krojonych

sos;

10 lyzek oleju
10 lyzek octu
2 lyzki cukru
2-3 lyzki soya sos

Prepare instructions:

kapuste i szczypiorek pokroic .migdaly zbrazowic na patelni-wystudzic .makaron z zupki pokruszyc .wszystko polaczyc razem .
przyprawe z zupki , olej , ocet, cukier i soya sos wymieszac razem , zeby cukier i przyprawa troszke sie rozpuscily .zalac sosem kapuste i wymieszac
jezeli ktos woli makaron bardziej miekki to trzeba zalac salatke ok. pol godz. przed podaniem , ale ja osobiscie polecam z lekko chrupiacym (zalac ok. 5-10 min. przed podaniem)

salatka jest bardzo latwa i smaczna.jezeli ktos chce mozna wykozystywac zupki o roznych smakach.

uprzedzam ze do tej salatki daje sie suchy makaron .

kiedys u kogos jadlam te salatke i zpomnialam wziasc przepis
jedynie co pamietalam to te prazone migdaly i suchy makaron z zupek
