Orzechowe babeczki

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
12 dag masła
12 dag cukru pudru
25 dag mąki
1 jajo
2 łyżki kakao

Krem:
400 gr nutelli lub podobnego kremu (ja użyłam z Biedronki)
200 gr herbatników

dodatkowo:
200 gr orzeszków arachidowych
200 gr czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Wszystkie składniki zagnieść. Foremki wylepiać ciastem, piec ok 10 min. w 170 st.
Można je upiec 2 tygodnie wcześniej.

Krem:
Herbatniki zmielić, lub rozgnieść, wymieszać z nutellą.

Do upieczonych babeczek nakładać krem, na górę dać kilka orzeszków (można też na dno babeczki dać kilka orzeszków i dopiero potem krem i znowu kilka orzeszków- ja tak właśnie zrobiłam), polać roztopioną czekoladą.

Kiedyś podobne babeczki kupowałam w sklepie,(tamte były całe w czekoladzie) od jakiegoś czasu bardzo zdrożały, więc postanowiłam zrobić podobne i nawet mi się udało.

Babeczki są pyszne, polecam mniammmmm.

Mnie również przypominają babeczki z pewnego sklepu na literę " T ". Wyszło mi 21 sztuk. Kakao dałam 1,5 łyżki - jak dla mnie wystarczy. Ciasto trochę twarde, przez co daje efekt chrupiąco - czekalodowo - orzechowy.

Polecam fanom kremu czekoladowego :)

Nie wiem dlaczego ciasto wyszło Ci twarde, moje było kruche.
