Ingredients:

biszkopt z 6 jaj,

masa budyniowa:
2 i 1/2 szklanki mleka,
2 budunie śmietankowe,
2 cukry waniliowe,
4-5 łyżek cukru kryształu,
kostka masła

polewa:
30 dkg drobno pokrojonych orzechów włoskich,
2 łyżki miodu,
15 dkg masła,
15 dkg cukru kryształu

dodatkowo:
słoik dżemu śliwkowego lub powideł śliwkowych

Prepare instructions:

Upieczony biszkopt dzielimy na dwie części. Dwie szklanki mleka gotujemy z cukrami. W reszcie mleka rozpuszczamy budynie i wlewamy do gotującego się mleka cały czas mieszając. Studzimy. Masło ucieramy i stopniowo dodajemy po łyżce zimnego budyniu. Jeden placek smarujemy powidłami i wykładamy masę. Drugi placek również smarujemy powidłami i przykrywamy nim masę tak, aby powidła były bezpośrednio na budyniu. Składniki polewy podsmażamy na patelni. Po zagotowaniu składników, polewę wylewamy na ciasto.

ciasto jest pyszne wybrałam je z wielu podobnych i nie żałuje bo jest w miare szybkie, a polewa cudna - takiej szukałam. polecam,u mnie zagości na stałe.
