50 dkg filetow z pangi,duza cebula,2łyzki oliwy z olwek,2 łyzki masła,troczke curry, przyprawa do ryb,koncentrat pomidorowy lub 2-3 pomidory,cukier sol.makaron.

Prepare instructions:

makaron ugotowac.rybe pokroic na 3-cm.kawałki i posypac curry i przyprawa do ryb.w radlu rozgrzac po łyzce oliwy [oleju] i masła zeszklic cebule i dodac pomidory smazyc razem ok 5min.[wersja bez pomidorów;do cebuli doda troszke wody i koncentrat.]rybke usmazyc na złoty kolor przełozyc do rondla z sosem postpac sola dodac szczypte cukru i doprowadzic do wrzenia przykryc i gotowac na wolnym ogniu ok.10 min. makaron mozna wymieszac z ryka lub poprostu polac.

witam. jestem nowicjuszką w kuchni i postanowiłam dziś przyrządzić obiad wg Twojego przepisu. danie było super smaczne! dziękuję za przepis i polecam. Ryba z makaronem to bardzo ciekawe połączenie ;)
